Team DISC Bundle
The Team DISC Bundle pairs the Supervisor & Team DISC and Team DISC (Team Member & Supervisor) products to ensure that each Supervisor and employee/staff member’s Team DISC is interconnected. The bundle allows you to purchase one supervisor DISC for each team/department. If the Supervisor has five direct reports, an organization will buy five Team Member & Supervisor products for every Supervisor & Team DISC product.

Supervisor Team DISC
The Supervisor Team DISC is an assessment that helps organizations become more aware of the relationships between employees/staff and supervisors. The Supervisor completes the Team DISC by answers twenty-eight sets of words that describe his/her temperament in the workplace. Each team member answers twenty-eight sets of words that describe their Supervisor’s temperament. The results give a side-by-side comparison of how the Supervisor sees him/herself and how the team member relates to the Supervisor. Participants will find that the Team DISC identifies positive, unique, and empowering characteristics in each person and Supervisor. Team DISC Assessment and Explanation will identify these unique characteristics to develop strategies for better communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration between team members, supervisors, and departments.

Team DISC (Team Member and Supervisor)
The Team DISC allows employees/staff members to choose between twenty-eight sets of words that best describe their temperaments. In the second half of the assessment, employees choose between twenty-eight groups of words that best represent their Supervisor. These assessments help organizations to become more aware of the relationships between employees/staff and supervisors. Participants will find that the Team DISC identifies positive, unique, and empowering characteristics in each person and Supervisor.
